General Ledger Maintenance
Your general ledger is the backbone of your books. We keep it accurate, organized, and up to date.
Monthly Financial Statements
You’ll receive three reports every month:
- Profit & Loss — what you earned and what you spent
- Balance Sheet — what you own and what you owe
- Cash Flow Statement — where your cash came from and where it went
Reports are delivered by the first week of each month for the prior month.
Catch-Up & Cleanup Bookkeeping
Behind on your books? It happens. We’ll assess the damage, give you an honest estimate, and bring everything current before starting monthly service.
Cleanup Pricing
- Billed hourly at $65/hr
- 50% deposit before work begins
- Estimate provided upfront after reviewing your books
What We Don’t Do
We’re bookkeepers, not CPAs. We don’t prepare taxes, run payroll, perform audits, or give legal or investment advice. If you need those services, we’ll refer you to someone who can help.
Year-end close is included with every tier — your books arrive at your CPA clean, complete, and tax-ready.
